The Conversation that no one wishes to have, there will never be a right time to have it , although it is a conversation to have. Please don’t skirt around with the message be direct and honest with empathy that is far better than assuming the parties are signed up to it and know everything already. To many Professionals seem to think that is the best way, trust me it isn’t. Find time and a place and go through all the options.
There will be questions, there may be no answers or ones you want to hear though do not shy away from it as there is support out there to cope with it.
